Hilltop Wellness Villa- Gyönyörű nagy ház az erdő szélén, az Pécs Zoo-tól pár lépésre. A ház maximum 10 fő részére (plusz egy kisbaba) számára kényelmes. A házban összesen 3 fürdőszoba van 3 wc-vel. Az alagsorban finn szauna, pezsgőfürdős kád és edzőszoba található futópaddal. A ház előtt nagy füvesitett, karban tartott terület található, illetve 2 szép terasz. A ház bejárat felőli oldalfalán 0-24 órában működő kamera van felszerelve, mely a kapubejárót és a parkolót figyeli és veszi fel.

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in the city center of Pécs, only 100 meters far from Király street. The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. A total of 135 square meters + two terraces. Two large bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed in the living room, an office, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

Our newly decorated apartment is located in the heart of the historic downtown of Pécs. The pedestrian street, Király street, a few steps away, Pécs National Theater 1 minute, Széchenyi Square 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto kettle, flat screen TV with 80 channels, toaster, kettle, iron ....

Pécs belvárosában, csendes, zöldövezeti környezetben található klímatudatos lakás. Az ingatlan két hálószobával és két fürdőszobával rendelkezik, valamint egy tágas, különálló nappali és egy nagy terasz biztosítja a kényelmet és a kikapcsolódást. A ház fenntartható energiával üzemel, a lakás berendezésében pedig a környezettudatosság fontos szerepet játszott.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
