Lighted parking a few steps from the door makes for safe and easy access, and a four number key code allows for arrival at any hour without concern of disturbing your hosts. The garage of the Guesthouse cottage serves as my artist (painting) studio, so I am generally working on the premises if you need me. Go for a hike in the surrounding nature, check out some of the breathtaking galleries, and catch a live sporting event or show in the evening. Getting around is easy whether you prefer public transportation (bus stop is 4 blocks away), Uber, Lyft, taxi cabs, rental car, bicycle or foot. Enjoy the use of wifi or hard wire connections for internet access and basic cable TV with STARZ movies channels. Our peaceful detached apartment is located in Irvington, a beautiful historical neighborhood 7 minutes from downtown. You would not need a car as you can walk to the MAX train station. We furnished our space with a comfortable brand new king size bed and full size sleeper sofa. Bedding & duvet cover washed every time. The decoration is tropical inspired art and from Hawaii. There is a cute and equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, tea make, microwave, dishwasher electric range for small meals.

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.
