A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.

We are meticulous about cleaning, now more than ever. Doorknobs, faucet handles and light switches are being thoroughly sanitized between guests. Your health is a priority! 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, near UF & thd airport, full kitchen and bath. Very comfortable queen sized bed. Beautiful living room and breakfast bar w/ great lighting throughout. Quarter mile nature trail through 5 acres of magnolias, oaks & ancient pines right outside the front door. Only RV I know of with a California King. Tons of stuff to do if you like the outdoors. An ideal place to stay while visiting our lovely historic St. Augustine. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, historic district, restaurants and stores. The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
