Still in the room there are bed linen, kitchenware, room with washing machine and tumble dryer, TVs, fireplace and internet for an even more comfortable stay. Villa also has a large outdoor area with wood oven, barbecue and sun loungers. The view from the balconies of the house is unique, as one can see the mountains, the Paleochora and the Libyan Sea. In a clean, romantic and luxurious setting, guests can explore the Cretan culture and visit the most popular attractions in the prefecture of Chania.

Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
