Tonkica - charming apartment by the sea

Dear guests! We have just finished the complete renovation of our apartment that we've started in autumn 2021st. We hope that you will enjoy it even more than before. All of you who come to visit us in May or in September, we shall take on a gratis boat excursion to see beautiful Rab beaches. Our apartment is cosy, and close to sandy beach. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room and living room, bathroom, balcony and terrace where is also a dining table. Welcome!

Apartman Marija 1 smješten je na mirnoj lokaciji u dalmatinskom gradiću Novigradu, a gostima je na raspolaganju smještajna jedinica s opremom za kuhanje, peglanje i besplatnim bežičnim pristupom internetu (WiFi). My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.

Villa Cala offers unique accomodation with several pools to use. Villa Cala pool is included in the accomodation price, but also, in collaboration with neighbouring Hotel OLEA, our guests can use Hotel OLEA pools which is extra charged (16,00 eur per person). The appartment is equipped with kitchen, additional toilet, smart TV, air conditionig, free Wi-Fi, sea view terrace or balcony.
