Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Standalone, 2 BR, light, airy, upstairs apartment for 4 guests. Full kitchen, coffee bar, washer/dryer. In our small village, there is a grocery store, bank, post office, Dollar Store, library, gas station, and a park are within walking distance. I-57 is one mile. We live near a railroad crossing. If you are a very light sleeper, they may wake you. Each bedroom has a desk and sitting area and the bedside table lamp bases have outlets to charge your phone or tablet.
