Horse Haven - 1 Bedroom Loft 8 Miles to TIEC

The second story guest house apartment is is full of light and air with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Just moments away from TIEC. You will be staying in a gated community, so parking is no problem. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (with grab bars) and the bedroom is equipped with a large Sony TV. This is a great place to stay if you ride, as my house is on the FETA trails. If you're showing at TIEC, Fence or Harmon Field, I'm only 10 minutes away.

We are located 5 minutes from TIEC, in a beautiful private setting. The villa is tucked away at Overmountain Vineyards overlooking the vineyards. The decor is contemporary and spacious, with all the conveniences of home. Speed limit is 10 MPH, we have pets and are a working farm! MAX OCCUPANCY 4. Additional $150 will be charged for additional guests. $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets must be crated when not home.

Welcome back to Lake Lure! Located in desirable Lake Lure area. Set on over an acre you can have the peace of the beautiful outdoors with privacy and all the amenities you will need to relax in luxury. Our Getaway offers an open concept living area with modern kitchen with all you will need to enjoy your time away. Lola's has two bedrooms and one elegant bath. Great view from deck relaxing in the hot tub or at our private fire pit!

Hiking, rafting, fishing and golfing are all conveniently available. The property has an artistic feel with creativity all around. Large front and back porch with beautiful sunrises. Enjoy a glass of wine by the pool or take a walk on the wooded trails.

Located 4 miles from TIEC this apartment is perfect for equestrians or people wanting to enjoy the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains and nearby attractions.
