It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. ‘the float shed’ is a unique, suitable for adults only, absolute waterfront, floating, fully self contained modern studio apartment, relax and watch the wildlife swim past. Situated 10mins from the city of Hobart, Salamanca Place and Mt Wellington. 2-5mins to bakeries, shops, food, laundromat, fuel & bottle shop. Less than 1 min walk to great food at the BrewLab. A great base to explore, 10mins drive to the famous Mona, 25mins to the Historic town of Richmond and the Coal River wine trail.

With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Nearing the top of the hills, backing on to peaceful bushland, you will most likely see a few Kangaroos.

The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
