Acabamos de equipar el apartamento con aire acondicionado de tipo "bomba de calor" que permite refrescar pero también calentar si haría falta. El apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado (ventilación, frío, calor y deshumidificación). Este alojamiento tiene una habitación con una cama de de matrimonio de 1m60 x 2m, y un recibidor convertible en habitación con un sofa cama de 1m40 x 2m. Tiene un amplio salón-comedor-cocina con acceso directo a la piscina por una puerta de cristal o al patio. La casa tiene fibra optica @ 600mbs y wifi. Toda la casa tiene domotica y se pueden regular las luces según el momento (intensidad, frio-caliente, colores) por zonas. La cocina tiene 4 fuegos de inducción, un horno de tipo "combi" (microonda-horno), un lavavajillas, una amplia nevera SMEG con congelador, una maquina de café Nespresso-Krups, un hervidor SMEG, una tostadora SMEG, platos, vasos, copas de vino, etc... No es necesario traer ni champú, ni gel de ducha, ni acondicionadores, la ducha está equipada con 3 distribuidores. Se suministran toallas al llegar.
