A new incredible outdoor fire-pit with hanging egg chairs. A cozy indoor wood burning fireplace along with a comfy pull out couch that has a projector above for the best movie nights. Heated floors if you aren't interested in maintaining a fire, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-fi, AC and washer/dryer.

Enjoy fishing, swimming and paddling 22km of the green and black rivers. Paddleboat, canoe, 2 kayaks, and a SUP provided. Take the short 5 minute stroll into town for ice cream or fresh baked treats. Imagine starting your day reconnecting with nature amidst wooded walking trails. Along your walk you see geese swimming in the river, goats exploring the woods, and Highland cattle grazing in the pasture. Upon return, you open the door to the crackle & pop of a toasty wood burning sauna, followed by an icy cold plunge in the river. *No air-conditioning*

We are 20 min to Barrie, 10 min to Midland, 20 min to Balm beach, Wasaga beach, Mt. St Louis and Horseshoe Valley resort.
