LOCATION Is KEY Anaheim Garden Grove Tustin and Irvine. Walking distance to small local eateries as well as grocery shops and plenty of sunshine! Outlets minutes away!

House is close to LB Airport, nightlife, art, & culture scenery, parks/dog parks, LB Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, Cal State LB, LB City College, Gondola Rides, beaches/dog beaches (min from Seal Beach, Huntington, & Newport), malls, 3 min freeway access to neighboring cities, and many hospitals. I am in a centralized location to many social outlets like '2nd St', Downtown LB Shoreline Village, the Pike, and Pine St, and recreational activities. Kitchen access, and deck area.
