This modern apartment is in the pretty little house with 2 apartments each with good sea view. Apartment on the ground floor A2+1 has 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom. One bedroom has double bed and another has sofa bed. Both apartments are good equipped, TV, SAT, Wi-Fi internet. air condition, microwave, coffee maker, towels. In the garden there is barbecue and table with chairs in the shadow of the big tree. In the back of the house is parking place for 2 cars. Our house is only 200 m from the sea and the beach. Restaurants and shops are 500 m from the house, public transit 100 m, doctor and pharmacy 3 km, Zadar 10 km, Zadar airport 20 km, Split airport 150 km, National park Paklenica 50 km, National park Plitvice 150 km, National park Krka 90 km, Kornati 1 hour with the boat.

Smješten je na brežuljku odakle su pruža prekrasan pogled. Location Kali is a small fishing village. Located between two ports on the north-east and Lamjana bay. An old center of town with narrow streets and stone houses in Dalmatian style. It is located on a hill where they offer a beautiful view.

Apartments Marija are located in in a very peaceful area of old Diklo, in a quiet street just a few minutes away by foot from the walking trail and the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, our guests can find a shop, a bar, a restaurant and a bus station just few minutes of walking away. The first thing that our visitors will notice on the house is the part of the beautiful old stone facade and parts of stone walls inside the apartments.

Zadar Sun & Sea - Comfy apartment with big terrace

The house is situated on Borik (Puntamika) - touristic part of Zadar, with all belonging contents. Hotels with tennis and volley on the sand courts , possibility for rent-a-car or bike. There are three beaches close by that you can go to. They are cca 150 - 250m from the house. One of them is sand beach and the other two with tiny stones - easy to walk in the sea. Each of them has the place where you can sit and enjoy food and drinks.
