If you are looking for a great lakefront with beach access; this is your place! Nice pebble beach and sturdy dock to watch wonderful Seneca Lake sunrises. After a day of wine touring just take a quick turn off the trial for a quiet place to watch the cottages across the lake sparkle as the sun sets on them. This space is a small, cozy set up. A low loft above offers 2 twin beds while downstairs there is a queen bed and a couch pullout. Nice wrap around deck offers a great place to grill outside.

The tiny home is located in a forest setting (hike in) area on our property, with access and views of a 10 acre pond. We provide a canoe and a row boat for use on the pond. Limited kitchen....outdoor cooking only, a propane grill is provided. This is more of an off grid site and we encourage you to enjoy the outdoor surroundings & wildlife. We like to think of it as the bee keeper’s lodge. Close to Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, and Conesus lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or picnicking. Or enjoy a night in! There is a gas grill, patio, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a game shed out back.
