Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lake property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Spacious first floor with inviting fire place, comfy living room, chest with games, and full entertainment system. Open kitchen is great for entertaining for large groups or indulging in the culinary arts.
