We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Large deck with a view. Just a block from Paige Meadows, access to Tahoe Rim & Pacific Crest Trail, a nature lover’s dream. Less than 2mi to the local favorites-West Shore Market, Sunnyside, & Fire Sign Cafe.

Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. During the winter you can cross country ski behind the house (conditions permitting). Only 8 miles from (Palisades) Alpine and Squaw.

Snow removal is included. There is a new gas range/oven and all the cooking utensils you’ll need! We also have a new refrigerator!

This a 1970s classic A-Frame cabin has hardwood flooring, a stone gas fireplace with a built-in flat screen TV, and a Hot Springs Spa with Lake Tahoe views surrounded by the Sierra mountains. Please note if you are a group with multiple parties working remotely this is not an ideal cabin, as it is structurally not designed for privacy.
