This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

This Cozy little cabin is just 15 miles west of Graham TX. The cabin is fully furnished, sleeps 4, queen bed in loft and twin/full bunk beds, we offer free bottled water and coffee, free WiFi, satellite TV with all your favorite channels, side by side refrigerator, microwave oven and complete stove, pots and pans and dishes.

Dark sky, bird watching and wildlife, outdoor cooking and relaxing are favorite activities. Campfire available on request when burn ban is not in effect. 12 miles from Olney, TX, Newcastle, TX and 25 miles from Graham, TX. Pets are welcome. If you or your guest bring a pet, please indicate that on the reservation.

Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access.
