Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

Our apartment is located minutes from downtown shopping, dining, the Convention Center, Colorado Mesa University, the Colorado National Monument, nearby wine country, and other recreational opportunities. With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

Bike or walk up the hill to the BLM or downtown to eat at one of several tasty restaurants. Visit local Vineyards, Art Galleries, Organic Farms or Breweries. Then relax in the indoor hot tub overlooking the Park.
