Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Get back to nature at Stella Matutina Farm’s Moon Flower Yurt. Located on a 10 acre , working Biodynamic farm in the heart of the Waterloo Recreation Area. The yurt sits in its own private space in the forest. Visit the farm animals, historic barn and vegetable gardens. Fire pit, outhouse with compost toilet, outdoor solar shower, gas grill and yurt woodstove. Visit the quaint towns of Grass Lake and Chelsea or go swimming in one of several nearby lakes. Mountain bike and hiking trails close by.

A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Chelsea Lake House, Game Room, & Pontoon-rental

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). We cater to families and business people alike with a fully renovated home, kayaks (5), paddle boat (life jackets provided), game room with ping pong, darts, table for poker, stone fire pit, etc. PONTOON RENTAL NOW AVAIL for addit fee.

Heated Pool /Hot Tub Villa

Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has two memory foam queen mattresses as well as a full fold out futon and smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!

Enjoy our hot tub all year long. Canal views with free access to pedal boat, SUPs, and kayak. Relax by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit. Guest rave about nearby wineries and walking trails. The yurt is located on a 30 Acre Equine Rescue ranch. It is a 4 season 20ft yurt in the middle of the ranch with a beautiful view of Mustangs (American Legends). All proceeds from rental will go back to the rescue. There is electric, an outhouse a short walk away, a cold water spigot close by. Minutes away from Pleasant Lake for swimming, a local winery & 38 minutes from Ann Arbor. We offer tours and chances to interact with equines, including American Mustangs!
