There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac of Happy Valley, our private guest suite is the perfect place to relax and explore the nearby Happy Valley Reservoir and stunning attractions the surrounding areas have to offer. The accomodation is a self contained unit, however it is apart of our home. Guests have a separate entry way. The suite is comprised of a bedroom, lounge room with dining area, a kitchenette, ensuite & outdoor patio area.
