Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. Oberon is the perfect place to explore the beautiful pine forests, go mushroom foraging, fossicking, truffle hunting, fishing, enjoying a drink and seasonal produce at Mayfield Gardens or just having a cuppa by the fireplace.
