Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Nespressomaschine, einem 140cm x 200cm Bett und ein großes Badezimmer. Ein Kamin, den du anheizt, sorgt für wohlige Wärme und tolle Abende. Optional gibt es eine Hofsauna für dich ganz alleine. Kinder wollen sich frei entfalten. Dies können wir nicht sicherstellen und haben uns entschieden die jungen heranwachsenden ab 16 zu begrüßen.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Der Gutspark beginnt vor unserer Tür und erstreckt sich über mehrere Hektar mit romantischen Aleen und grossen Grünflächen, ideal für ein Picknick. Ihr bewegt euch auf den Spuren von Theodor Fontane.

We are going on vacation and will sublet our house in Neukölln! The newly renovated apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, a very nice kitchen and living room space, a bathroom and a guestroom (which we will use as storage) The apartment is located in Rixdorf Neukoelln, very close to Ringbahn (S Sonnenallee) or U7 (Neukoelln).There is a bunch of nice bars, cafes and restaurants in the area.
