In nur 7 min Fußweg sind Sie bei der Bahn, in 20min in Nürnberg.

Alle Räume sind hell und modern eingerichtet. Das ganze Appartement ist sehr hell, ruhig und eignet sich hervorragend zum Ausruhen oder Arbeiten. Das helle und freundliche Badezimmer mit Dusche ist mit Handtüchern, Duschbad und Föhn ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es eine weitere separate Toilette.

The highlight is certainly the terrace with a view of the inner courtyard. Location You are in the middle of the old town and yet in a quiet side street. The apartment is easy to reach by car and public transport. In a few minutes you are directly at the main market and all the important sights.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Altstadt sind fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Bis zum Christkindlesmarkt sind es Bequeme 15 min zu Fuß durch Weihnachtlich geschmückte Straßen zu erreichen und zur Messe brauchen sie in der Regel max. 15 min mit der U-Bahn (es sind nur 5 Haltestellen von uns).

A free parking spot in a public garage will save you the headache of finding a space for your car.

Modern eingerichtete 4 Zimmerwohnung mit einem Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelzimmern. Im Wohn-/Esszimmer können 2 Personen auf der Schlafcouch übernachten. Im Doppelzimmer steht auch ein Schlafsofa für eine dritte Person zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer wurde Januar 2019 komplett saniert um Ihnen mehr Komfort bieten zu können.

Unsere sonnige und geräumige Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet in der Nürnberger Nordstadt. Es besteht eine sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. So kann unter anderem die Nürnberger Altstadt mittels S-Bahn in weniger als 10 Minuten erreicht werden.
