Starside offers easy access to Garner State Park and the Frio, perched high on a Texas hillside. The cabin itself is a destination—whether lounging by the pool or enjoying the views from the porch, the scenery will not disappoint. At night, the sky transforms into a stargazing haven—the perfect opportunity to unwind under a blanket of stars.

Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Sundance Ridge

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the Frio Canyon. Sundance Ridge has everything you will need for your get away. Only 3 miles from town and an amazing pool to relax in while you soak in the views. The pool is available for your enjoyment! Please note that the hot tub is currently out of service and unavailable at this time. Porches all around this log cabin to read a book or visit with family and friends. Plenty of space inside to spread out and enjoy your time away.

The Springs Retreat - Springs Cabin Pool View

Each of these two-bedroom cabins sleeps up to six guests and provides a nice pool view from the covered back porch. Each cabin opens into a comfortable entertaining area, with a full kitchen, dining table and futon couch next to the fireplace with a large screen TV. Each of the bedrooms offers a queen bed, dresser and full bathroom (one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub/shower). The back porch comes equipped with an outdoor table and chairs and a fire pit with a grill.

Bunker Cove is a family-friendly home close to all the major activities surrounding Concan. The Frio River is only 1.5 mile from the house. Garner State park is only 8 miles. The home will sleep a maximum of 18 people. Each room as it's own dedicated bathroom. It's equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and complimentary linens and towels are provided for your stay. Outdoor activities such as a sand Volleyball, pool, and horseshoes are NOT shared with other guest.

The Greenhouse: tinyhome close to Garner&FrioRiver

Bright and airy 1 bedroom custom tiny home with loft crawl space, just 4 miles from Garner State Park and 2.6 miles from the Frio River. This tiny home is close to the river, yet away from the busy crowds. Filled with plants, and lots of windows, The Greenhouse is your perfect Frio River home away from home. Our property is near the highway so there is a bit of road noise. We’ve built a 10ft cinderblock wall at the front of the property to help with the noise.

Neal's Lodges Cielo Ridge 501

This Cielo Ridge property is a beautiful house located in the Cielo Ridge Condominiums. CR 501 is beautifully landscaped with a big fenced-in backyard; and only steps away from the resort-style pool and pavilion that guests share with the rest of the condos. This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. CR 501 is less than 10 miles from Garner State Park, and less than a mile from Neal's Lodges private Frio River access (which is included in your stay).
