This garden guest house apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway, family with kids or a small group of friends. Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. The apartment is located directly by the sea near the old town center. It is located on the first floor and consists of one bedroom, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen, SAT-TV, air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen and towels. The terrace is shared, but each apartment has a separate corner on it.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

In the apartment, at the time of your stay, there are no other guests in the whole house and yard. All the comforts are at your disposal without having direct contact. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned, ventilated and disinfected before each arrival and after each guest departure.
