The tower at Tillys Head is a unique structure built off grid high on a cliff on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Anyone who is looking for a place to unwind and leave the real world behind for a while will fall in love with this special place.Be aware that this is a rustic cabin, not a luxury accommodation. A 10 min walk through the woods is required to get from the parking lot to the cabin.

Come experience farm life for yourself and stay at The Owl’s Nest Wilderness Cottage – our private, off grid retreat that boasts open pastures, wildlife and a warm Nova Scotia welcome! Tucked between Bear River, Annapolis Royal, and Kejimkujik National Park, Owl King Orchard is a 70 acre farm dotted with highland cattle, sheep, goats and winding forest trails. Glamping is a form of camping involving accommodation and facilities more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping. Communal washrooms and a shower are located in a separate building; there is also an area for washing dishes. The facility is off the power grid, so solar power is used for lightning.
