For your stay in the heart of the most typical of Paris' neighborhoods. Cosy Architect's loft available per night or per week. Located in the St Germain neighborhood of Paris (does the neighborhood still require introduction?). The Loft is at Rue Dauphine, the street of so many art galleries, restaurants, cafes with a view of Paris' oldest bridge, the Pont Neuf. This is an exceptional location. In the very center of Paris,about 100 meters (about 110 yards) from the Seine river, less than a five minute walk from Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvres Museum, the Luxembourg Gardens, the Chatelet Halles. The apartment is located in a building that is more than 200 years old, on a quiet garden full of flowers (no stairs to climb with your suitcases!). The unit was just recently completely renovated and includes: queen size bed, Italian style shower, bathroom, separate toilets, living room area, kitchen area (with cereals, orange juice, coffee, etc...), where you can even cook if you want to! Free WiFi, TV. Sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning crew twice a week for weekly rental. A bottle of French wine for our guests to enjoy! Additional services available upon request for a fee. I am regularly available to introduce you to the City, recommend places according to what you want to do and see. Just drop off your bags and enjoy Paris! The entrance of the building is secured by a digital access code, and the door to the loft is an armored door.

En rez-de-chaussée, calme, lumineux, gai, ce loft se compose d'une grande pièce principale autour de laquelle s’articulent la cuisine, les chambres 1 et 3 et la chambre 2 et son salon indépendant . Vous adorerez son charme atypique ! On y accède par l’une des dernières cours pavée parisienne, très « Paris Doisneau ». Très bien desservi, il est situé dans le « Nouveau » Marais - le bd Beaumarchais, rues de Bretagne, Oberkampf, Archives, Place des Vosges, Musée Picasso. Vous ferez tout à pied.

My studio apartment is petite, cozy and charming. Spectacular location in the heart of Le Marais. Just a few steps away from the typical Parisian hustle and bustle. Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

Atelier Georges Braque

Véritable atelier d'artiste, habité par le peintre Georges Braque en 1911, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Beau loft au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée sur cour d'immeuble, avec une cuisine fonctionnelle, une salle de bains, un bureau. Il comprend 4 couchages : 1 lit double (160x200 cm) en mezzanine donnant sur le salon (petite hauteur sous plafond voir photo), et 2 chauffeuses au rez-de chaussée dans le salon. Calme mais au coeur d'un quartier commerçant et très animé. Base de départ idéale pour visiter paris ou pour travailler. Linge de lit et serviettes fournies.

L’idée pour la construction de cet appartement est basé sur le principe écologique et la meilleure qualité possible. Pour la santé et au bien-être de ses occupants. Les matériaux utilisés sont naturels, bois, métal, laine de bois pour l’isolation et peintures biologiques. Une partie des matériaux ont été récupèré et restauré, les poutres en chêne, les portes et les radiateurs entre autres.

Loft aménagé pour 4 personnes donnant sur la magnifique cour pavée d'un immeuble de 1869. L'appartement vient d'être entièrement rénové. Il est idéalement situé entre l'avenue des Champs-Elysées et la rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Welcome to my loft! The apartment is located on the 5th floor with lift, it consists of two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The lounge area is open to the kitchen, it is very pleasant thanks to its many windows. The apartment is located a stone's throw from Place de la Bastille.
