Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

Beautifully modern and updated 2-bedroom basement suite with a separate self check-in entrance. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is a 10 minute walk to trendy restaurants, bars, grocery stores, liquor stores and walking trails, and is 3 blocks from the Hospital. A 2 minute walk takes you to a lovely lakeside trail, a perfect place to watch the Northern Lights. Rockside Suite, conveniently backs onto Niven Lake Trail bringing you direct access to the lake and the city's main trail system. With a short 7 minute walk, you will be guided to downtown which hosts a number of local shopping boutiques, coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. If you choose to walk to Old Town you can venture onto Great Slave Lake for some fishing and sightseeing in the summer or take part in some winter activities such as cross country skiing or snowshoeing.

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime. The suite has 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area where a pellet stove provides warmth around the clock. Street Parking is available in FRONT of the house.
