Det er kort vei (ca 10 min. kjøring) til flyplassen,hurtigruten og Leknes sentrum. Huset har to soverom, et i første etg. og et i andre etg. Det er en bratt trapp opp til andre etg, som ikke egner seg for små barn,eldre eller bevegelseshemmede. Huset egner seg best for to personer, men det kan evt. bo tre personer der.
