The B&B is located in Ryhope, one of Sunderland’s safest, most affluent neighborhoods. The surrounding scenery is stunning—from your bedroom window, you’ll enjoy expansive views of farmland, lush greenery, and the sea close by—just a 10-minute walk away. You’ll find easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, Starbucks coffee and more. Reaching Sunderland city center in about 10-15 minutes. Newcastle is also easily reachable within 20 minutes from Sunderland.

Cottage in a beautiful valley

This nice cottage is situated in the middle of a beautiful valley, with no neighbors disturbing you. You have a sea view to the north. A stream with waterfalls and rapids down through the valley. The hut is also a good base for skitouring and moutain hiking (many trails in the area) and horse riding. We offer horse riding for additonal fee. We can ride a calm tour with beginners or a bit faster with more experienced riders. Horse riding is mostly available from May till September.

Welcome to our homestay: Immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the sounds of forest. Stay in a centuries' old, rustic masia that breathes atmosphere and simplicity. Mitjanas hosts up to ten guests. Breakfast is included. Loqat is a double with en-suite bathroom in the main house. Here, you are disconnected but at the same time close enough to venture out to old villages, cities, high mountains or the many coves and beaches of the nearby coast.

La vita è semplice: uccelli al mattino, un asino in lontananza, contadini che lavorano come sempre.

Free internal parking is available; the B&B hosts up to 12 people. A private vehicle is recommended.
