Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. L'accès se fera à pied, sur un chemin d'environ 300 mètres. Des panneaux solaires alimentent la grange en électricité, l’occasion de changer ses habitudes. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Hytta har 3 soverom og god plass til 6 voksne. I tillegg finnes det en reiseseng for små barn og en sovesofa som passer godt for barn eller ungdom.
