The guests will start the day with the dawn, smell of the mediterranean sea and sound of waves. they can have great time at the site's private beach. During the day they can travel around visiting different sites of North Cyprus. No matter what age you are, during the night Kyrnia will be glamorous for you. Our neighbours are amiable and warm cypriots. The most popular and elite restaurants are located at two-minute walking distance from the villa. Furthermore there are supermarkets and pharmacies which are close to the villa. It takes ten minutes to reach the city centre by car. There are lots of shopping centres,cafes and historical places (ex: the old Kyrnia Castle) in the city. There is public transportation nearby the site and also renting a car is cheap. The villa is unique with backyard enabling barbeque, frontyard and balcony with beautiful sea and mountain view.Smelling the mediterenian sea and waking up by the sound of waves will refresh your soul.

This comfy little house is ONLY A FEW SECONDS away from THE BEACH. It sits in a pleasant neighbourhood and is between Ülfet restaurant and Kaya Palazzo Hotel. It’ only 10 minutes walk to Karaoglanoglu Avenue where you can get a shuttle that travels round Kyrenia. It’s got a covered backyard with a barbecue and a large dining table ideal for a couple, small family or for a small group of friends. Fully furnished with air-conditioners in each room, two bathrooms with two showers (one is en-suite).
