Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). This tiny one-room cabin is located on Pleasant Valley Farm with its own large 4-acre fishing pond. Originally built as a duck blind, the 10 x 15 ft. off-grid camp cabin can easily accommodate two adults with a trundle daybed that doubles as a couch. An expansive covered porch, dock, gravel patio with picnic table, and an awesome stone firepit provide added outdoor living space. Tucked into a grove of trees, this is a very private place to relax, unwind, and go fishing or kayaking.
