Warren is one of three charming shepherd’s huts nestled within a peaceful, seven-acre site at Middlehead Cottages, located near the quiet hamlet of Stape. An ideal haven for outdoor enthusiasts, you can step straight from your doorstep onto endless walking and cycling trails. Spend your days casting a line in the well-stocked on-site fishing pond, and your evenings stargazing from the private hot tub or gathering around the fire pit. On cooler nights, cosy up indoors by the log-burning stove.

Ampleforth enjoys lovely pubs, coffee shop/cafe, village shop & Post Office ALL JUST 5 MINS WALK. The market town of Helmsley 4 miles away or enjoy the facilities at St Alban Sports Centre with indoor pool and gym less than a mile from the village. We also have a 2 bed bungalow if your party is larger.

With steam trains trundling past at the front of the cottage and a large grass area at the rear.

The 'Cow Shed' has a double bed, (we can also supply 2 single (memory foam) mattresses for a party of 4) . Price shown is for your own bedding - but we can supply our 100% cotton bedding and towels for an extra charge. BREAKFAST IS NOT SUPPLIED. Free parking, 10 mins walk from Scalby village, 15mins drive from Scarborough, or Dalby forest, and 8 from the Open Air Theatre. There is a camping toilet in a side room of the shed, with flushing toilets/hot showers nearby.
