Our condo is a privately owned 1st floor rustic themed home that sits along the East branch of the Pemigewasset River. Direct river access from our back porch. One minute drive to Loon Mountain and close to many area attractions. Listen to the sounds of the rushing river and enjoy breathtaking nature views from every room (mountain view in winter).
