Our Guesthouse is a delightful detached dwelling in the grounds of our Main house. Designed to allow total privacy with your own entrance and patio area. The guesthouse has an open plan layout with a Lounge, HD Skybox, Smart TV, Fitted Kitchen with a Fridge, Hob , Microwave and kettle. The Space: Light and Airy studio Guesthouse with a Luxury feel. Two car guest parking on the drive. We are in a great location near to shops and other amenities. Buses and train station within a 5 minutes walk.

This newly renovated ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the heart of the National Forest on Moira Road in Shellbrook, a hamlet within the area of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

This is a highly sought after lovely CLEAN, QUIET, PRIVATE coach (carriage) house converted to a one bedroom stand-alone flat in a private garden in beautiful Moseley. It has massive double bed (UK King), plus a SMALL double pull out sofa bed. There is FREE on-street parking outside the house on a quiet road, though there is no private parking on the drive. We do offer, for a small fee, EV charging on drive.
