New Modern 4 Bedroom House. Warm/Cosy. Heated/cooled by 2 Heatpumps and a woodburner. 15mins drive from Airport and Dunedin town centre. Generally quiet neighbourhood, but is near the Rescue Helicopter Base so on occaision helicopters can be heard. House is double glazed so this is not usually intrusive. Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes.Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day. The bungalow is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and 20 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Green Island, a 6km drive away, offers a supermarket, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. The bungalow is pet friendly- please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required as is respect for our furniture and linen.

My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. We are also pet friendly with our own Labrador Lucy

Welcome to my pet friendly Airbnb. The apartment is at the back our house, separated by our double garage. You have your own bedroom, living space, kitchenette, bathroom, carpark and rear garden. Bus stop one block away. A quiet street to relax or work. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed and lovely linens, ensuite, and attached sunroom with comfy chairs to have a nightcap or hot drink. Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.

Things are always rosy at this cosy Roslyn retreat! You'll be tickled pink when you arrive at this super stylish abode so close to Roslyn village and the fabulous amenities on offer. Our townhome is the perfect blend of location, comfort and style. A five minute almost flat walk to Roslyn village and very short drive down the hill to the city, hospitals, university, golf course and beyond. Oh, and it has all just been beautifully renovated.
