Welcome to our peaceful oasis near Howick Village. 5 mins walk to Mellons Bay beach. Enjoy your own private space in a modern and comfortable setting. Our place has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a separate bathroom (no bath), lovely deck, modern kitchen with a 5-seater sofa and small dining table. You will have your own fridge/freezer, tea and coffee, toaster, Freeview TV, wi-fi, all self-contained so all your needs are catered for. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

Secluded sunny studio with off-street parking

The 35 square metre self-contained studio is private, elevated and peaceful with a sunny deck overlooking the garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. Both the studio and its carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping ROW that is shared with the main house. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. 10min walk to nearest shop and bus stops.

Rarawara

Rarawara is situated at the back of our lifestyle property on the banks of the upper Waitemata harbor. We have a seperate newly furbished cabin with queen bed and 2 bunkrooms, each with 5 single bunkbeds. A games room, indoor outdoor kitchen and dining area. There's now a new indoor bathroom block as well as an outdoor bath and a long drop. Boatramp, Kayaks, paddle boards. You can launch the boat 2 hours either side of high tide. Perfect for a 2 family getaway! No parties.

With two basic cabins one equipped for living and the other for sleeping including a double bed and bunk, basic kitchen and cooking facilities. Barbecue on the deck is used for cooking. Outside open hot shower, and a separate toilet.

A perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Auckland and the ideal location to stop and explore if heading north. Close to the Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill Forest and Kumeu wineries and wedding venues. Quality tea, coffee, continental breakfast with home made granola provided.

Piha Timeout Petite in the Hub

YES it is definitely warm and snugly in the winter months. Piha Timeout Petite is just that. A warm private petite yet perfectly formed accommodation. In the hub of Piha enabling easy access to the beach. Private cooking facilities available. You can think of it as very sophisticated "glamping"!! The shower/WC is located 5 metres from Petite and is for your private use. Tea/coffee sugar/milk also provided.
