Also includes Wi-Fi , Apple TV and super comfy bed. Close to restaurants, Universal Studios, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s & parks. Modest, yet with everything you need. New Toluca Lake Private Pool House

450+ square foot 1926 Spanish-style newly renovated guesthouse in Toluca Lake. Detached from the main house with living room, dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
