The Old Barn is at the far end of a long wing of a lovely family farmhouse just outside a rural village in the stunning landscape of North Dorset. Its amazing views look over Dorset, Somerset & Wiltshire. The Old Barn is a very large studio space 12m x 4.5m with a king size bed, an additional double bedroom is available by prior & separate arrangement, the ensuite bath & shower is between the two rooms. Observatory House is a converted cold war nuclear bunker. **** We are currently having our roof replaced but this work is overrunning Due to this we have scaffolding erected across the front of the building. If you book we will send a reduced price option to you to accept/decline as a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience caused****. Work is expected to be finished by the end of September so no discounts will be offered for bookings after that. Pets allowed but no cats due to allergies

The house is located within an equestrian farm estate and only 5 minutes walk to an award winning pub and Spar shop in the village. Centrally located for fun packed days out from Stonehenge, Stourhead, Longleat, Gold Hill, to Monkey World, Sherborne Castle and the Jurassic Coast. It’s also a very short drive to the popular Todber fishing lakes and historic Shaftesbury.

A light, self-contained, first floor annex in a 200 year old barn for guests sole use, with shared use of the owners walled garden. Off road parking for one car. Self-check in. In the heart of Hinton St Mary, a 2 minute walk to the Tithe Barn wedding venue and surrounded by beautiful Dorset countryside perfect for walkers and cyclists. The village pub is a few steps away and the market town of Sturminster Newton with its mill, shops, cafes, bars and takeaways is less than 2 miles away.

Ansty, Tisbury - Spacious Annex

Our annex features two spacious double bedrooms ensuite with super kingsize beds which can be split into single beds upon request. One ensuite includes a bath and shower, while the other has a shower. There is NO kitchen but there is a dining area/room with fridge, microwave and kettle and we supply milk, coffee and tea and continental breakfast. Bookings for 2 guests include access to one double bedroom. If you would like to use both bedrooms, please select 3 or 4 guests when booking.

The Vintage Hideaway

The vintage hideaway is a self contained annexe attached to my house. It is light and comfortable, it has a bedroom with sofa, kitchenette with small oven/grill and two hotplates ,fridge, freezer and microwave and a shower room. Access from the bedroom to a seating area on the deck ,over looking an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is close to lovely walks and the historic town of Shaftesbury with a variety of cafes , individual shops and pubs, and of course Gold Hill.

New Forest Country Home with Hot Tub & Pool.

A privately gated country house with a beautifully landscaped garden to enjoy.The gardens follow on to the property’s paddocks, from which guests can enjoy access to The New Forest National Park. The property has an open fireplace in the living room for those cosy evenings in. It is well-equipped with everything you would need for self-catering. Well behaved dogs are very welcome, please read doggie policy. The swimming pool is open from April-Oct. The Hot Tub is open all year round!

This unique place has a style all its own. The Coach House is a perfect getaway for romantic breaks or simply a place to relax and escape a busy schedule. The Coach House is also only a short drive to Montecute, The Chinnocks and Chiselborough, all of which are perfect for country walks and good pub meals.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.
