Is a Cycladic stone-built house that compines the traditional with the modern style. You will enjoy your holidays and feel absolutely relaxation close to the nature.

Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

In the afternoon you can rest and enjoy amazing sunset view in the garden.The House is located only 100 meters away from the amazingly organized havouli beach . The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay , consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and may accommodate up to 6 guests . In a distance of 3km you can find more beautiful beaches , restaurants, coffee shops , a bakery and market.

Μία ευκαιρία να κάνεις διακοπές όχι σαν τουρίστας, αλλά σαν ντόπιος ,με ησυχία και ηρεμία! Το Λιβάδι βρίσκεται σε ένα σημείο που γλιτώνεις τη φασαρία του τουρισμού αν και απέχει απ την πρωτεύουσα, τον Άγιο Κήρυκο, μόλις 12χλμ! Με δύο βήματα βρίσκεσαι στη θάλασσα κ αν πεινάσεις απολαμβάνεις ικαριώτικα εδέσματα στη ταβέρνα "Αροδου" μόλις στα 2χλμ απ' το σπίτι!

Sol's Place

The property is located outside the settlement, it is surrounded by nature and is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The last part of the road to arrive at the accommodation, one kilometer long, is a dirt road. The location is ideal for cycling in the surrounding area, for this purpose 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. By bicycle it is possible to access the surrounding villages and the nearest beach. Horse riding is also available upon reservation.

Είναι ένα όμορφο παραδοσιακό σπίτι με αρχιτεκτονικά και διακοσμητικά στοιχεία που αποτελούν τον συνδετικό κρίκο με το παρελθόν, κομμάτι της παράδοσης που αντανακλά το μόχθο των ντόπιων και τα αισθητικά τους κριτήρια. Ολοι οι χώροι είναι λειτουργικοί και πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι για ο,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ο επισκέπτης. ΄Εχει ιδιωτικό parking και δύο μεγάλες βεράντες από τις οποίες μπορείς να απολαύσεις την Αιγαιοπελαγίτικη Θέα και το Τηνιακό τοπίο.

Zannis kelè Zannel Seaside Serenity

A simple traditional building, recently renovated, made entirely of slate stone. It is 200 years old and was used by growers as a shelter for farmers in winter and summer. Upon entering the space, the visitors are mentally transported to the past and live in its atmosphere. Its walls and ceiling are built with the logic of the dome and constitute a small masterpiece of folk architecture. It has a bedroom, kitchen and WC, ideal for 2-3 people.

Hermitage Sykaminea - Cabin

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. The cabin of the Hermitage Sykaminea adapts the structure of the terraces of the olive grove. Thus, the interior, which consists of one room, is divided into three levels. From the window front you can see all the way over the sea to Turkey. The orientation of the wood house was set so that in the summer a pleasant climate reigns in it. Also the wooden interior adds to the sense of well-being.

My place is located in the famous Kampos of Chios, one of the most distinctive areas on the island. It is just 1km from the airport and 2.5km outside of the city of Chios and port. Surrounded by trees and with a beautiful garden and BBQ is perfect for relaxing holidays. Our goal is to make you feel like home from day one so the host will welcome you with homemade ouzo and fruits from our garden.

The Kalivi

Located just outside of Samos town, 3km from the center of town, about 3 minutes by car. Small, private house, with parking. Owners are living next door for any help or questions about the island. Garden isavailable for guests to use. Great veiw of the bay of Samos town. Quiet location, close drive to many beaches. We are following all the new cleaning rules for the Covid-19 virus.
