Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.
