We are retiring! Thank you to our hundreds of guests over the last 7 years while we hosted on Airbnb. This summer will be our last before we hang the apron and do more of our own traveling :) It was a pleasure to share our beautiful home! We only have a few nights left!! A stones throw away from romantic newport vineyards, 12 minutes away from newport’s beaches and downtown! enjoy newport and it’s surrounding areas from a clean and convenient location without having to worry about parking!

Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a family with young children living below, so some everyday noises may be heard. You are close to everything by car, and next door is the newly built bike path for a leisurely ride to Newport Waterfront! **The unit was just freshly painted this off-season 2024**

3 beds = 1 queen and 2 twins for your group. ONLY a $10 cleaning fee from us! Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards or Glen Manor! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
