No parties or extra guests and no loud noise after 10 pm. Portable AC units in each room, and central heat. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for the beach. A high chair & pack-and-play crib too. Close to downtown, restaurants and the Convention Center just 1.4 miles away. Disney 15miles.

Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
