The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. An efficient wood burner provides ample warmth on colder evenings and during the winter months. The Kitchen is basic, a little gas stove gives for a nice cuppa and a breakfast fry up indoors.

The charming cottage has a lovely cosy feel with many character features, including exposed beams and oak doors. It is surrounded by stunning countryside. William Shakespeare's birthplace of Stratford upon Avon is less than 10 miles away. Chipping Campden and Stow on the Wold are both within 20 minutes.

The property is the village’s old school and comes with bags of character, large rooms, is well appointed and is located in the countryside in a charming village with a great local pub only a few miles from the historic town of Stratford upon Avon. The house has a living room with a log stove, games rooms with pool table, darts board and bar, large kitchen, driveway with space for up to 4 cars, and a garden with a large patio area with an outside dining table.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
