Each unit offers a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area. There is a communal laundry with a coin operated washing machine & dryer. There is off street car parking. Our Property is 1 1/4 acres providing a safe, great play area for the children.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

2 bedroom unit with River frontage and close to pool. Relax in a tranquil setting with the family or friends at this peaceful place. Private boat ramp, golf course, clubs, cafes and waterski school all close by. Per night price is for 4 guests. Bedroom 1 = King and Bedroom 2 = 2 singles beds. Unit can sleep 6. Sofa bed in lounge area, will be an additional cost. STRICTLY NO PETS

Central location, skiing in winter, biking in summer! Light filled 1 bedroom/Studio with some cooking facilities. Suits couple, small family, couple + 1. Squishy for 4 adults. ***winter 2026 is byo towels and linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price is altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen and towels please ask and I can arrange.
