This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)

Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

Nestled in the heart of Lambton Village, our 3-story bungalow offers an ideal location for a memorable stay. Immerse yourself in the locale charm, surrounded by a diverse food scene, historic parks, and plenty of activities on your door step. Walking distance from the property are tennis courts, swimming pools and children's playground. For the adults there is Lizotte's for entertainment, two landmark pubs, beauty spa, nail bar, hair dresses, coffee and boutique shopping.

Self-cont Cabin, Netflix, next to Glenrock SCA

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other bread as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.

Seaside guest house, Bar Beach.

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.
