The beach entrance is visible from the property, only 2 blocks away with golf cart parking right by the Hamlet Ave public beach access. There is a Shibumi beach canopy as well as a couple boogie boards for guest use. 4 Person GOLF CART INCLUDED w/TOWN PARKING PASS! Save Money! Park close to beach and boardwalk! This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.

The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Beach access being just a few steps away. 5 minute walk to the CB boardwalk.
