No pets other than service animals allowed. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The upstairs bedroom has 3 twin beds.

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

Cook a meal in our newly renovated kitchen. We added a touch of San Antonio through out the apartment so you can get a feel for San Antonio culture. Take a walk in the beautiful Monte Vista historical neighborhood that we are located in. We are centrally located in beautiful San Antonio!

This newly built cottage is minutes from everything you came to see. Nestled in the Suburbs; but, close enough to both north/south and east/west freeways to make all attractions just minutes from your door. Just 7 minutes to the San Antonio Airport. Our picturesque windows bring the outside right into the living room. And our remote controlled roller blinds provide complete privacy.

Side Car

Enjoy this hidden gem in New Braunfels. This 392 sq ft 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has it's own full kitchen with washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out couch in the living room (pull out mattress was replaced in July 2024). The house is fenced off so you have your own private oasis! You'll be able to BBQ on those nice Texas nights too!

Great short stay! Almost all the amenities of a hotel for a fraction of the cost. Private studio with stand-up shower, FIRM sofa bed, wall fireplace/heater, microwave, fridge with small freezer and ice, coffee, and sink. Great wifi. Centrally located in a touristy area of Hill Country! No access to owners home.

Oak Springs Oasis - Private Guesthouse

Completely private guesthouse all to yourself just outside of Seguin. Comfortable and quiet space close to locations like New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Sons Island of Geronimo. Just a short drive to all of the local attractions but away from the touristy busyiness. Located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.
