The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Couples traveling together have their own space, yet they can meet on our spacious deck. This unit, San Juan Gem on the River, and San Jose Gem on the River, each comfortably accommodates a couple. You have your own parking space. And you have lots of stores nearby. This place is located in the second floor. We do have stairs but no elevator.
