Very cozy, spacious 1 bedroom. Walking distance to Homewood Mountain Ski Resort in the winter and private beach summer and winter . Kayak's and paddle boards are available during season.. We except 1 small-medium dog 40lbs and under, by interview only.. You will be charged $25 dog fee.. The dog will not be left unattended in the unit without being confined to a kennel.. Don't let your dog on our furniture or beds...If you bring your dog without our knowledge you may be asked to leave.

Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)! In summer, great hiking and lakes all close by. Insanely fast wifi (400mb download, 40mb upload). Please see note about train close by and possible noise.
